Job Title: Tandoor Cook Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Tandoor Cook to prepare authentic Indian-style tandoori dishes. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling tandoor ovens, preparing marinade, and cooking a variety of tandoori items with precision and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook tandoori dishes such as naan, roti, chicken tikka, kebabs, and other grilled items. Marinate ingredients according to recipes and ensure proper seasoning. Operate and maintain tandoor ovens safely and efficiently. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to quality standards and presentation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and around the tandoor area. Manage stock levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages. Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times. Assist in other kitchen tasks as required. Innovate and suggest new recipes or variations of existing dishes.
