Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tandoor Commi 1 at Lick Sip Dip Gourmet Catering, located in Delhi, India. The Tandoor Commi 1 will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of tandoor dishes, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are maintained. Daily tasks will include assisting in the kitchen, preparing ingredients, cooking various tandoor recipes, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment. Effective communication within the kitchen team and adherence to culinary guidelines will also be essential. Qualifications Food Preparation and Cooking skills, particularly in tandoor cuisine Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food hygiene standards Effective communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Culinary certification or relevant training is beneficial Salary - 20k-22k/Month
