Role Description This is a full-time role for a DCDP specializing in Indian Cuisine, located on-site in Delhi, India. The DCDP will be responsible for daily food preparation, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, assisting in menu planning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. The role also involves supervising junior kitchen staff, collaborating with the head chef, and managing orders and inventory. Qualifications \n Proficiency in Indian Cuisine, including traditional and modern cooking techniques Experience in menu planning and food presentation Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, order management, and inventory control Excellent supervisory skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification Relevant work experience in a high-end catering or restaurant setting Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Salary - 22k-25k/month
