Job Description

  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed hotel or restaurant.
  • Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine, especially tandoor cooking (breads, kebabs, and tikkas).
  • Understanding of tandoor operations, temperature control, and marination techniques.
  • Familiarity with food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP).
  • Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards accurately.
  • Skill in handling kitchen equipment and maintaining the tandoor oven.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn from senior chefs.
  • Physically fit to work long hours and in hot kitchen environments.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintains high standards of grooming and personal hygiene.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
