We are looking for :- CDP – Tandoor

Company: Triple Nine Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (Unit – The Patiala Kkitchen)
Location: Noida, 18 , UP
Experience: 2–4 Years (Required in Tandoor Section)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30000 per month (Based on experience and skill level)

About Us:

The Patiala KKitchen, a unit of Triple Nine Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., is known for delivering authentic Indian flavors with premium quality. We are looking for an experienced and passionate CDP – Tandoor who can take ownership of the tandoor section and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation in all dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian tandoor items .
• Ensure correct marination, grilling techniques, and heat control.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the tandoor area.
• Supervise and train Commis Chefs assigned to your section.
• Monitor mise-en-place and ensure timely preparation during service hours.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and DCDP for daily operations.
• Ensure food consistency and adherence to company recipes and presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (restaurant )
• Strong expertise in Tandoor and North Indian cuisine.
• Ability to handle high-volume operations efficiently.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
