Experience: 1–2 Years (Preferred in Hospitality / F&B Industry)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About Us:

The Patiala Kkitchen is a unit of Triple Nine Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., known for its authentic flavors, high-quality food, and warm hospitality. We are expanding our culinary team and looking for passionate and dedicated Commis Chefs (Level 2 & 3) to join our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs (CDP/DCDP) in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients, handle chopping, marination, and cooking under supervision.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
• Support in inventory checks and mise-en-place preparation.
• Follow kitchen protocols and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role .
• Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
