Job Title: Tamil Telecaller

Location: Vesu

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Experience: 2 years

Language Requirement: Proficient in Tamil and basic English

Job Responsibilities:

  • Outbound and Inbound Calls:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide them with relevant information.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in Tamil to understand customer needs.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Sales and Promotion:
  • Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
  • Customer Support:
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues they may have.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Data Management:
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including the nature of the call, customer feedback, and sales made.
  • Feedback Collection:
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
  • Report customer issues and complaints to the relevant departments for resolution.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil (both written and spoken); basic English is an added advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain products/services clearly.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Sales Acumen: Experience in sales or a strong persuasive ability is preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.

Education:

  • Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
  • Personality: Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle stress.
