Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a fluent Tamil-speaking Telecaller to handle customer communication with clients from South India. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining product details, and converting inquiries into sales or dealer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to Tamil-speaking customers and dealers to promote key cutting machines, key blanks, and accessories. Understand customer needs and explain relevant products and pricing. Handle incoming calls from Tamil-speaking customers with professionalism. Maintain and update records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in Excel or CRM. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Follow up with existing dealers for repeat orders and feedback. Provide after-sales assistance when required. Requirements: Fluency in Tamil (speaking and understanding); basic English or Hindi is a plus. Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
