Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • cement / chemical / micro fine grouting

  • grouting pumps, mixers, packers, and injection systems

  • method statements and mix designs

  • grouting pressure, volume, flow rate, and refusal criteria

  • trial grouting and production grouting

  • grouting logs, reports, and site records

  • quality, safety (HSE), and project specifications

  • site engineers, supervisors, and drilling teams

  • leakage, loss of grout, pressure variation

  • soil stabilization, rock consolidation, seepage control, and foundation improvement

Requirements

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • geotechnical grouting works

  • cement, chemical, polyurethane, and micro fine grouting

  • drawings, method statements, and work instructions

  • SPT locations, boreholes, packer systems

  • soil/rock behavior

  • Good coordination and reporting skills.
