Position: Tally Prime Data Entry Operator / Jr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry in Tally Prime, including daily transactions and hospital-related accounting entries.
• Handle voucher entries such as payment, receipt, contra, journal, purchase, and sales vouchers.
• Maintain and update banking records, including bank reconciliation, deposits, payments, and online transactions.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports, such as daily expenses, cash flow, patient billing summaries, vendor statements, and MIS reports.
• Draft letters, maintain documents, and prepare presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Manage and respond to **emails** professionally; coordinate with internal departments and vendors.
• Assist senior accountants in managing accounts, month-end closing, and documentation.
• Ensure proper filing, document management, and data accuracy in all accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Tally Prime in an accounting or data entry role (preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and hospital billing concepts (preferred).
• Knowledge of voucher entry, banking processes, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic formulas and report preparation.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
• Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Pay: ₹10,200.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
