Tally Operator/ Data entry executive

A Data Entry Operator is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records in databases and systems. They ensure data integrity by verifying and correcting errors, managing files, and handling confidential information with precision. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, or systems. Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors. Retrieve and organize data as requested. Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. Maintain detailed and accurate records of data entry activities. Follow company policies and data management guidelines. Assist with generating reports and summarizing data. Perform routine data backups and recovery procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data management is a plus. Proficiency in typing with high accuracy and speed. Experience with data entry software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and databases. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience: 3+ years of experience in a data entry role. Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, or cloud-based data management tools. Understanding of basic data analysis techniques.
