About the Role:

Shree Balaji Nursing Home is looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Tally & Hospital Software Executive to join our administrative team.
This role combines accounting precision with hospital management efficiency — ideal for someone who can balance numbers and patient data seamlessly.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing hospital billing software, and ensuring smooth coordination between accounts and reception departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, including vouchers, journal entries, and ledgers.
• Manage hospital billing software — patient registration, billing, discharge summaries, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of cash, credit, and insurance transactions.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
• Assist in insurance billing and cashless claim processing.
• Coordinate with the reception, pharmacy, and accounts team for accurate data entry and reconciliation.
• Prepare documentation for audits and internal verification.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper backup of hospital records.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Hands-on experience with Hospital Management Software (HMS) preferred.
• Understanding of billing procedures, ledger maintenance, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
• Excellent data management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Computer Applications / Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or hospital billing preferred.
• Freshers with strong Tally knowledge and learning attitude are also welcome to apply.

Salary:

₹6,000 – ₹20,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills)

Work Schedule:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
