Job Title: Talent Sourcer Location: Jaipur Department: Human Resources About Bharati Airtel: Bharati Airtel is a leading global telecom company, dedicated to attracting top talent to drive innovation and growth. We are looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Screening: Identify, engage, and screen candidates for various roles, particularly in sales, using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements and keep them updated on sourcing progress. Tracker Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and manage recruitment data. Offer-to-Joining Coordination: Oversee the offer process, facilitate salary negotiations, and ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding. Experience & Skills: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally with a focus on sales roles. Skills: Proficient in sourcing tools, ATS, interview scheduling, and stakeholder management. Strong communication and organizational skills.
