Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Source and qualify candidates for roles across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other critical functions within Syngene.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up to keep potential hires engaged.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications and cultural fit.
  • Partner with recruitment and HR teams to improve sourcing processes and candidate experience.
  • Keep abreast of talent market trends and competitor activities in the CRDMO/life sciences sector.
  • Leverage Syngenes employer brand to attract and nurture high-quality talent.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate regular sourcing and recruitment reports.
