Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
Source and qualify candidates for roles across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other critical functions within Syngene.
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up to keep potential hires engaged.
Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications and cultural fit.
Partner with recruitment and HR teams to improve sourcing processes and candidate experience.
Keep abreast of talent market trends and competitor activities in the CRDMO/life sciences sector.
Leverage Syngenes employer brand to attract and nurture high-quality talent.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate regular sourcing and recruitment reports.
