As a Talent & Rewards Manager at Shipsy, you will play a crucial role in fostering an inspiring and rewarding performance-driven culture across our global operations. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive strategies for performance, talent, and rewards to ensure that our global workforce is engaged, developed, and fairly compensated as we scale and grow. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Performance Management:** Design, implement, and oversee global performance management frameworks, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans aligned with business objectives and a culture of continuous feedback. - **Talent Management & Succession Planning:** Develop and execute robust talent management programs, including talent identification, development paths, and global succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong leadership pipeline and critical role readiness across geographies. - **Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD):** Lead the design and delivery of global learning and development programs, identifying skill gaps, creating training initiatives, and fostering a continuous learning environment to enhance employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness. - **Incentives & Benefits:** Design, administer, and optimize global incentive programs and employee benefits packages to ensure they are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with our "People First" culture across all international locations. - **Compliance & Reporting:** Monitor adherence to global compensation and benefits policies, legal standards, and data privacy regulations. Report to senior management by analyzing data and using relevant HR metrics related to talent, performance, and rewards. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a Talent & Rewards Manager, Compensation & Benefits Manager, or similar HR leadership role with 10-12 years of experience. - Experience across established global companies and fast-paced startups with a track record in designing and implementing global talent and rewards initiatives. - Thorough knowledge and practical experience in performance management systems, talent development, succession planning, compensation benchmarking, and benefits administration. - Full understanding of HR principles, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent, performance, and rewards in multiple international jurisdictions. - Strong business acumen, exceptional attention to the human element, proficiency in HRIS, data analysis, organizational, and leadership skills. - Outstanding cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, upholding ethical standards and compliance best practices.
