Job Description

Talent Management Strategy, Planning & Budgeting

  • Develop and Talent Management Strategies, Policies and Processes

  • Prepare and manage the annual Training and L&D budget

  • Prepare Plans and Budgets Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Culture Building etc.

Learning Design, Delivery & Impact Measurement

  • Design and deliver technical, behavioural, and leadership learning programs.
  • Oversee internal content development and external curation.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer initiatives
  • Drive learning effectiveness, knowledge retention, and on-the-job application
  • Design, Plan and Implement Trainee Programs for Campus Hires

Induction Training

  • Design structured Induction programs for senior, lateral, and fresher hires
  • Ensure alignment with company culture and operational readiness
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Induction Training and improve continuously

Functional Capability & Team Effectiveness Development

  • Define competency frameworks and learning roadmaps by business function, level etc.
  • Build core technical and role-based capabilities across functions.
  • Conduct structured team-building workshops and group development initiatives

Leadership Development, Career Growth & Succession Planning

  • Build leadership pipeline through structured programs, coaching etc.
  • Facilitate career development through lateral movement paths, and HiPO programs.
  • Ensure succession planning for business-critical roles.

Learning Technology, Analytics & Reporting

  • Drive implementation and adoption of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Use learning analytics to track effectiveness, completion, and engagement.
  • Monitor metrics such as training hours, completion rates, and effectiveness scores.
  • Develop dashboards and present timely reports and insights for decision-making
  • Analyse trends and drive data-based improvements in L&D strategy.

Employee Engagement

  • Conduct engagement surveys, feedback channels, and run engagement initiatives that foster belonging, emotional well-being, and motivation.
  • Build recognition mechanisms (awards, peer appreciation, milestone celebrations).

Culture, Change Management & Organizational Transformation

  • Promote and embed company values through structured learning.
  • Support change initiatives through readiness workshops and behavioural alignment.
  • Lead Organization Development (OD) interventions

Performance

  • Design and Implement Performance & Reward Management Policies & Processes
  • Enable Goals & Objective Setting, Mid Term and Final Reviews
  • Ensure the Increments and Reward Management process is conducted as per the schedule

Process Excellence, Governance & Vendor Management

  • Standardize L&D processes across locations and business units.
  • Establish SOPs for budgeting, delivery, documentation, and feedback.
  • Manage external training partners, vendors, and consultants with quality and cost benchmarks.
