Job Description

Assist in the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs.

Coordinate and support various training initiatives, including leadership development, and skills-based learning for India and organization-wide also providing support in global initiatives.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules in an engaging and effective manner.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Maintain learning management systems (LMS), track employee progress, and provide reports to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure learning initiatives are innovative and impactful.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization through the creation of curated LinkedIn Learning paths to support development at all levels.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development, HR, or a related field.
Master s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals at all levels.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually.

Ability to analyze learning outcomes and adjust programs accordingly.
