Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Consultant- Manager at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will have the opportunity to support the Talent agenda for a business unit and be the key point of contact for leadership on talent-related matters. Your role will involve driving and implementing the engagement agenda, collaborating with team members, and ensuring successful implementation of key projects and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing an engagement framework for the business unit and take ownership for its delivery - Provide support to business leaders and counsellors in implementing engagement initiatives - Build, develop, and manage other members of the talent consulting team - Anticipate and address issues within the business unit effectively - Act as a coach to business leaders/managers in delivering the people strategy agenda - Provide insight on people issues, particularly ER cases, and offer a robust point of view on business decisions impacting people - Ensure necessary people management and development activities are delivered effectively - Execute innovative HR programs and facilitate change in the business unit - Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage risks Qualifications Required: - Graduate or post-graduate qualification in Business or Human Resource discipline - 12-15 years of proven HR generalist experience - Experience in managing and mentoring teams - Professional accreditation or HR specialization certification (preferred) - Experience working in a consulting organization or similar professional services environment (preferred) - Experience in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial Additional Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network operating across six locations.
