Talent Consultant - Manager

As a Talent Consultant- Manager at EY, you will have the opportunity to support the Talent agenda for a business unit in EY GDS. You will be the key point of contact for leadership on talent-related matters and drive the engagement agenda, workforce capability, and talent management initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating across functions to attract, assimilate, develop, engage, and retain key talent. Additionally, you will be responsible for project management of various HR initiatives such as Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Talent Transformation, Talent Development, and Reward & Recognition. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing an engagement framework for the business unit and ensure its delivery - Provide assistance to business leaders and counsellors in implementing engagement initiatives - Build, develop, and manage the talent consulting team - Address issues and needs within the business unit effectively - Act as a coach to business leaders in delivering the people strategy agenda - Provide insights on people issues and business decisions" impact on people - Ensure professional delivery of necessary people management and development activities - Execute innovative HR programs and facilitate change in the business unit - Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage risks **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Strong business acumen and commercial awareness - Client-focused with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders - Experience in complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance management activities - Ability to motivate team members and develop relationships with other Talent Centre of Excellence teams - Comfortable working with ambiguity and building consensus across diverse groups **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business or Human Resource discipline - 12-15 years of proven HR generalist experience - Experience in managing and mentoring teams **Additional Company Details:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global delivery network operating in six locations worldwide.
