As a Manager - Relationship Manager - Talent Attraction and Acquisition, you will utilize your 10-12 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment to attract and acquire top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India). You will be responsible for deploying unique strategies to locate the right talent, especially focusing on fulfilling entry-level talent requirements through the Campus Recruiting Program. Your efforts will contribute to EY becoming a preferred employer on campuses. In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a Recruitment Partner for Business Leaders, deriving insights from data and translating ideas into actionable programs. You will be involved in initiatives related to Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Tools, and Automation to drive impactful results. Your role will involve partnering with the business to establish and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor, providing domain subject matter expertise, and leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to attract diverse, qualified talent. Key Responsibilities: - Forecasting business requirements and planning sourcing strategies for proactive hiring - Serving as the primary point of contact for Campus Recruiting Programs - Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders and potential candidates - Coordinating with Business & Training Groups for the joining of Campus Hires - Leading recruitment-related process improvement projects - Building sourcing capability within the team and tracking metrics Skills and Attributes: - Ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships - Demonstrated patience, perseverance, and a positive approach to drive fulfillment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - 10-12 years of recruitment experience with expertise in managing large-scale hiring - Experience with various HR applications, including Applicant Tracking Systems - Strong analytical and team management skills Additional Attributes: - Strong industry outlook and adaptability to global recruiting trends - Vision to understand industry trends and talent landscape to meet hiring needs What We Offer: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) provides a dynamic and truly global delivery network with career opportunities across various business disciplines.
