Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Manager Talent Learning & Management

Ability to work effectively across departments, build partnerships, and engage stakeholders at all levels to drive talent and learning initiatives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating learning strategies, facilitating workshops, and presenting to management and staff.
Capacity to champion learning culture and adapt talent management strategies in response to evolving business and workforce needs.
Ability to advocate for talent development and learning priorities, engaging senior stakeholders and gaining buy-in for new programs.
Facilitate employee development with a supportive, coaching-oriented mindset, enabling career progression and continuous learning

Functional Competencies:

Design and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
Conduct talent identification and gap analysis for critical skills within the manufacturing organization.
Coordinate engagement and retention initiatives, supporting differentiated talent offerings.
Analyze training needs (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders to address current and future skill gaps.
Develop and deliver learning interventions (including digital, instructor-led, and on-the-job training) tailored to workforce needs.
Manage e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS), ensuring high-quality content and effective learning transfer.
