Talent Acquisition professional

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities for cybersecurity mandates.
Source top talent through advanced techniques direct outreach, databases, portals, social media & professional networks.
Screen resumes, assess technical & behavioral fit, and coordinate technical interviews/assessments.
Manage candidate pipelines on ATS and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Handle offers, negotiations, and onboarding with focus on compliance and TAT-driven performance.
Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends, talent pools & industry movements.

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on recruitment experience, with a focus on cybersecurity hiring.
Proven track record of filling niche technical roles in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Strong organizational, communication & stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools and knowledge of cybersecurity certifications/skill requirements.
