Talent Acquisition Trainee

• About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic MBA graduate with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join our team as a Management Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across both recruitment and business coordination functions, helping drive people-focused strategies and efficient operational execution.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
3. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
4. Support business operations, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
5. Help prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
6. Engage with internal teams and clients for day-to-day coordination

• Required Qualifications:

1. MBA in HR Management
2. 0-1 years of experience (Freshers with internships in HR/recruitment are welcome)
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
4. High attention to detail and time management abilities
5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
