Responsibilities

Sourcing and Recruitment:-

• Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments through resume screening, initial interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions to ensure a proactive approach to recruit
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  

Collaboration With Hiring Managers

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate profiles.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and recruitment timelines.
  

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely updates, and
• constructive feedback.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.-Facilitate a smooth on boarding process for new hires
