Your role will involve offering guidance and motivation to the sales team to facilitate successful closings and ensuring follow-up with potential customers to generate new business. You will be responsible for closing sales and submitting all relevant documents to the seller, while also reporting on sales activities to top management and developing sales strategies to achieve set targets. In addition, you may be required to manage major customer accounts, track and analyze sales figures, and serve as a market go-getter and trendsetter. Your success in this role will rely on your strong sales acumen, adaptability to the organizational culture, excellent communication skills, and a pleasing personality. A vehicle is mandatory for this position, and having good PR, social, and networking skills will be advantageous in expanding the customer base.
