Talent Acquisition Specialist - US Shift - Kolkata

As a Recruitment Specialist at PTS Consulting Services, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers - Handling strategic global hiring programs - Developing an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization - Procuring people for different IT and Non-IT Requirements - Utilizing niche platforms related to IT and Non-IT to source potential candidates - Collaborating with other departments to contribute to the Company's growth - Keeping abreast of industry trends To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience - In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws in the US market - Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department - Comfortable working in CST shifts - Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders - Familiarity with US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN - Knowledge of US Tax terms (1099, W2, Corp-Corp) - Strong understanding of technical requirements - Excellent candidate assessment skills - Self-motivated and a team player - Analytical thinking for recommending the right fit - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in English - Experience working on VMS Please note that this position is located in Kolkata, India, and candidates should be willing to work from the office.
