Talent Acquisition Specialist - US Shift - Kolkata

As a Recruitment Specialist based in Kolkata, India, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for clients in the US. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with recruiting leads and hiring managers, participating in strategic global hiring initiatives, and devising recruitment strategies tailored to the organization's needs. You will be tasked with sourcing candidates for IT and Non-IT roles using specialized platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives, and staying updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience. An in-depth understanding of US hiring practices and regulations is essential, along with prior experience in building talent pipelines for IT departments. Familiarity with various US work visas such as H1B, E3, and TN, as well as knowledge of US tax terms like 1099, W2, and Corp-Corp, will be advantageous. Strong sourcing abilities, excellent candidate assessment skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are crucial. Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) are desired qualities. This role requires the flexibility to work in CST shifts and the willingness to work from the office in Kolkata. Immediate joiners are preferred.
