Talent Acquisition Specialist (UK Recruitment)

Skills and Experience

Mandatory skill sets:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with hands on exposure to work into Capital Markets/investment banking or Consulting roles for financial services (Transformation. PMO, Change management)

Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment activity, which includes sourcing, headhunting and candidate management.

Hands on experience in search tools.

Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing organisational context.

Collaborative approach /Self starter.

Strong communicator (Written and Verbal).

It would be great if you have:

Experience in hiring for Financial Services, FinTech.

Exposure of using of Applicant Tracking Systems like Recruitee, Hirecraft, Taleo Etc.

Global resourcing exposure.
