Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. You will conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience. You will also be tasked with building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs and collaborating with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. It will be essential for you to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the effectiveness of your recruitment efforts. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule and the opportunity for a yearly bonus. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role, and the work location is in-person.
