As a Talent Screening Specialist, your primary focus will be on screening active candidates, identifying exceptional talent, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in meeting critical hiring goals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring access to top-tier talent and driving the success of our recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include identifying, screening, and engaging top talent through our applicant tracking system (ATS) SAP SuccessFactors, conducting initial outreach and screening, coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate status, sending personalized outreach messages, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, maintaining candidate data in the ATS, and promoting the company's employer brand. We are seeking individuals with skills in candidate evaluation, conducting screening interviews, collaboration with stakeholders, assessment coordination, candidate communication, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and effective time management. You should expect to work in a fast-paced environment, based in Chennai, and be available to overlap US work hours from 7 PM IST to 4 AM, Monday through Friday.
