Job Description

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications. Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools. Manage recruitment budgets and resources effectively Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
