Specializing in technical staffing for the Oil & Gas sector, you'll play a critical role in connecting top engineering talent with leading energy projects across the region and beyond. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment activities within your assigned organizational scope. Lead and participate in recruitment-related initiatives and projects to continuously improve processes and efficiency. Engage directly with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Source, screen, and assess candidates based on client requirements, ensuring high-quality placements. Manage job postings and candidate pipelines across online recruitment platforms and internal systems. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, with a strong grasp of recruitment and HR processes. Prior experience recruiting in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector is essential. Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions and meet hiring targets. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, especially Excel.
