Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment for our team. The ideal candidate will handle hiring, onboarding, documentation, and attendance & leave management while ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and shift management.
  • Assist in HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely closure of hiring processes and compliance with HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and attendance management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and job portals is a plus.
