We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT to join our team and own the end-to-end hiring process for technology roles. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates, understanding business needs, and helping build high-performing tech teams.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
Draft clear and compelling job descriptions tailored to each role.
Source candidates using multiple channels — job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds with hiring managers.
Candidate Experience & Engagement
Facilitate smooth onboarding, including offer letters, inductions, and introductions to team members.
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Process & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee records, and hiring metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Coordinate with vendors to optimize recruitment costs and vendor performance.

What We’re Looking For
6 months+ experience in IT recruitment (freshers with a tech background are encouraged to apply).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for technology and understanding of IT roles and skills is a plus.
