Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage qualified

  IT or Engineering professionals

  (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Software, Data, etc.) for U.S.-based roles
• Use sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in ATS or spreadsheets
• Meet weekly/monthly targets in a high-output and competitive environment

Requirements

• 1 to 10 years of recruitment experience in either

  IT or Engineering

  in US staffing.
• Strong understanding of technical job roles and hiring standards
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using job portals, sourcing tools, and ATS systems
• Willingness to work during

  U.S. CST/ EST shift hours

• High level of ownership, accountability, and a strong team spirit
