Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Freelance). The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Additional daily tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, enhancing employer branding, and continuously improving the recruitment process to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates
• Skills in Employer Branding and creating a positive candidate experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
