As an HR Associate at Effora, a fast-growing skincare-tech brand, you will be instrumental in forming a high-performing team encompassing both technical and non-technical positions. Your role will involve end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and core HR operations to foster a workplace environment that motivates and involves employees. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with leadership to predict hiring needs and outline job specifications. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies for a diverse range of roles in different departments. - Oversee the complete recruitment process: starting from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and finalizing candidates. - Take charge of onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth introduction for new hires. - Spearhead employee engagement programs, manage performance reviews, and execute retention initiatives. - Utilize HRIS/ATS tools for candidate and employee tracking, as well as generating HR reports. - Continuously enhance HR procedures by leveraging data-driven insights. Required Qualifications & Skills: - 2 to 3 years of HR operations and recruitment experience. - Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions. - Excellent communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders. - Familiarity with HR tools/ATS and knowledge of Indian labor laws. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. Preferred: - Prior HR experience in a startup or D2C brand. - Exposure to fostering company culture and employee engagement initiatives. - Previous involvement in working closely with Founders.
