Talent Acquisition Specialist ( Female)

Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and objectives of various non-IT roles. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Maintain and manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process. Create and distribute job postings on various job boards and social media platforms. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to identify potential candidates. Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally at every stage. Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring efforts. Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or MBA in related field. 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably for non-IT roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with MS Teams and Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
