Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with strong experience in B2B Sales hiring. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, close coordination with business stakeholders, and ensuring timely closures with quality talent. This is a Work From Office role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for B2B Sales roles (Inside Sales, Field Sales, Key Account Managers, Business Development, Channel Sales, etc.)
• Understand hiring requirements through detailed discussions with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess sales competencies
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets and TATs

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in B2B Sales recruitment
• Strong understanding of sales roles, KPIs, and compensation structures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
• Experience hiring for FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Service industries
