Role & responsibilities

Talent Partnering & Hiring Strategy

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team goals, and hiring priorities.
  • Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to hiring managers and leadership.

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source and attract top technical talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain healthy pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Engage with professional networks and develop strong relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach.

Recruitment Lifecycle Management

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecyclefrom job intake to offer closure.
  • Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and candidate evaluations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth processes and timely communication.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.

Candidate Experience

  • Maintain strong, transparent, and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Build trust and rapport, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Process Excellence & Reporting

  • Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases effectively to track pipelines and progress.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
  • Assist in recruitment events, such as campus hiring and networking initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical recruitment or Media hiring.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools/platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and others.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing hiring metrics to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines independently while ensuring quality delivery.
