Talent Acquisition Specialist _ Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Stakeholder Management
• End-to-end recruitment
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Screen and evaluate candidate resumes and applications to identify potential fits for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies.
• Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.
