We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and organizational goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring

인재 소싱, 면접, 채용 등 채용 전 과정 관리

Build strong talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships

우수 인재 풀 구축 및 후보자 관계 관리

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements

각 부서와 협력하여 채용 요구사항 및 직무 분석

Develop and execute recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives

채용 전략 및 기업 브랜딩 활동 개발 및 실행

Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports for HR leadership

채용 지표 관리 및 HR 경영진 보고서 작성

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies

노동법 및 내부 채용 정책 준수

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

인사, 경영학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위

2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles

채용, 인재 확보 또는 HR 관련 경력 2–5년

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills

인재 소싱, 면접, 평가 능력 우수

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

뛰어난 커뮤니케이션, 대인관계 및 협상 능력

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

ATS 및 채용 툴 활용 능력

Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred

한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
