Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist - Office Based - India, Chennai

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team at ICON Plc. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to contribute to our mission of advancing inNvative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates for open positions

Team up with hiring managers to comprehend talent requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles

Provide recommendations to enhance sourcing processes and improve the candidate experience

Your profile

Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on sourcing

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools

Strong communication and Nnverbal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, accurate turnaround environment
