Job Description

As a Recruitment Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include streamlining talent acquisition workflows, developing SOPs for recruiting activities, and identifying process bottlenecks to recommend improvements in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools, providing training and support on system usage, and collaborating with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements. Additionally, tracking key recruitment metrics, analyzing hiring trends, and maintaining data accuracy across platforms will be essential in driving strategic decision-making. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining documentation for audits, and updating hiring policies and best practices will be part of your role. You will also support initiatives to enhance candidate experience, assist with employer branding efforts, and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and stakeholders to manage contracts and budgets. To be successful in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations or HR technology. Proficiency in ATS platforms, Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools is desirable, along with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. An understanding of employment laws and recruiting compliance best practices is also required. This is a Permanent Full-Time position with a Hybrid work profile (Work from Office/Remote) based in Bangalore.
