Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner or Talent Acquisition SME team by handling various HR administrative activities such as contract management, background checks, and pre-boarding processes. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment administrative tasks that do not involve direct candidate interaction, such as candidate search and campus fair management. Your responsibilities will also include providing regular and adhoc reports on Talent Acquisition activities to key stakeholders including TA leads, Hiring Managers, and HR leads. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and detail in monitoring and reporting on all your activities. At Grade B level, your role will continue to focus on supporting the Talent Acquisition team with HR administrative tasks and recruitment activities. You will be required to deliver the same level of reporting and monitoring while ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
