Urgently Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager. Location - Srikalahasthi, Andhra Pradesh Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to the mechanical and industrial engineering sectors. Collaborate with hiring managers to define specific hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions. Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and applicants. Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to optimize hiring processes and outcomes. Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Skills Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry. Strong understanding of engineering roles and qualifications to effectively source candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases to streamline recruitment processes. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to enhance recruitment strategies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in HR data management. Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management and handling a decent size team Good verbal & written communication skills Knowledge in SAP Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company Proficiency in documenting processes and filing it in a professional way Good time-management skills Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and good team player Requirements MBA HR with minimum of 8-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Campus management administration. Strong knowledge of hiring methodologies, branding and funnel generations. Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed compensation decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present information to stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
