Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals and project needs.
• Utilizing various sources such as Head Hunting, Referrals, Job Boards/Portals, and social media and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers to onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand the needs and preferences for each position, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide hiring panel the critical information needed to assess and hire the best talent for the organization, developing strong opinions backed by data and insights
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate profiles, interview evaluations, and other recruitment-related documents.
• Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress updates.

Essential Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sourcing skills using various methods like Head Hunting, job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals etc.
• Strong understanding of construction industry trends and practices.
