Job Overview: We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition with 10+ years of experience in a real estate firm , specializing in core talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will lead the recruitment strategy, drive employer branding, and ensure the acquisition of top talent to support the companys growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process , ensuring timely hiring of skilled professionals. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and create workforce planning strategies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions, including senior leadership and niche roles in real estate. Enhance the employer brand through innovative hiring campaigns, partnerships, and digital platforms. Optimize sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and recruitment agencies). Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and optimize hiring processes. Ensure compliance with hiring policies , labor laws, and industry best practices. Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Implement HR technology solutions (ATS, CRM tools) to improve hiring efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition , with at least 5 years in a leadership role in real estate recruitment. Strong understanding of real estate industry hiring trends , roles, and talent availability. Expertise in headhunting, executive search, and bulk hiring . Proficiency in HR technology, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics . Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
