Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 years of expertise in real estate development, particularly in high-rise and luxury projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality developments. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for high-rise residential and commercial projects. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation in coordination with project teams. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability regulations. Collaborate with MEP, structural engineers, landscape architects, and contractors for project execution. Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, ensuring adherence to design standards and quality. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural tools for design development. Provide creative input and strategic direction in design planning and execution. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative construction techniques. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution. Experience: Minimum 10 years in real estate projects, preferably high-rise and luxury developments. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software. Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and material selection. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment. Licensed Architect (preferred but not mandatory).
