Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Associate at The Walnut Folks Group, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support the agency's rapid expansion. The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid background in recruitment, specifically within the marketing and advertising industry. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers: - Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of departmental requirements. - Candidate sourcing and screening: - Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, including social media, job boards, and industry events. - Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates" qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in The Walnut Folks Group. - Interview coordination: - Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. - Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making. - Marketing industry expertise: - Leverage your knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry to identify and evaluate candidates with relevant skills and experience. - Stay informed about industry trends and talent landscape to inform recruitment strategies. - Candidate relationship management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process. - Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the values and culture of our agency. - Data management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Solid background in recruitment, with specific experience in the marketing and advertising industry. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
